Initiate Return Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Package Your Items
Securely pack the unused product in its original GROHE packaging, ensuring all installation components, manuals, and protective inserts are included.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your box, removing or covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned fixture to confirm it is in resalable condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
